Our Services
Our volunteers are trained, dedicated members of the community. They provide escorted transportation to medical appointments, therapies, grocery shopping and other necessary errands to sustain independent living. They give physical and emotional support that older adults need to stay in their family homes, and supply much-needed personal contact to allay isolation.
Other services include:
- Workshops on topics of interest to older adults, caregivers, and the community
- A quarterly newsletter
- Facilitation of interaction between congregations, the community’s and social service organizations.
